I've always liked camping and wanted a teardrop, after finding this forum and seeing just a few of the beautiful tears and standys the members of this site have built, it has inspired me to dig deeper into the design and construction of a teardrop. I think this forum will be a main resource in my research, and I hope that I can contribute in the future.

I'm still building mine, but there are plenty of folks in the DFW area with completed teardrops that can give good advice. Don't hesitate to jump on the forum if you can't figure something out. The two times I didn't ask a question cost me time and money to fix. Same goes for materials. The DFW area has retailers that have a lot of the harder to find materials, but they seem to be hidden, so just ask if you can't find something.
