Interesting "teardrop" on eBay in Arkansas! - not

This is an old 1940's teardrop camper trailer. I have not been able to locate any manufacturer information on the trailer so I'm guessing on it being a 40's model trailer. It is 14 feet in length overall. The box is 11 feet long. It measures 74 inches wide on the outside. This is a really neat old teardrop that is in need of restoration. The condition of the inside of the trailer is not good. This is definately a project but what an awesome trailer it could be if restored. There is a fold down door that is just to the rear of the entry door. This was the area used to cook. The cabinet area can be access from outside or inside the trailer. The metal is in pretty good condition as you can see in the pictures. The tires will need to be replaced before pulling it a long distance or it could be trailered. This is a unique old trailer that needs work so please look it over good and ask any questions before bidding. I can store the trailer a couple of weeks after the end of the auction without charge. I reserve the right to end the auction early if sold locally. A $200.00 deposit will be required within 72 hours following the end of the auction. The trailer is located just a few miles south of Fort Smith, Arkansas.

Yup, that's the same one. I never thought about putting them in General Discussion. Is that a better place for these interesting, but not ours, postings?

Technically it's for sale so it's in the right spot. But it is also interesting so either (or both) places would be appropriate.

I was wondering why the water balloon was getting bigger... and then it hit me.

My post was more about what it "is" than it being for sale.

This trailer may be one of the last modifications done at the "Fleet" Factory, the company who made the Cabin Car.
