Tin Tiny - a 1940's rebuild

Yet to do:
- cupboards in the galley
- shelves inside for clothes
- one small leak in the roof
- one 110v electric gremlin to banish
- lots of interior trim
- small 12v fans to help exhaust heat from the fridge
- seal hinge on the hatch

Next goal...northern rocky mountains at the end of the summer!!!

Looking great!!!! :thumbsup: Been there, done that on the side of a road because of a wreck. The Jeep was overheating ssoooo I pulled over made coffee til the traffic started moving and the Jeep had cooled down. Lots of thumbs up and comments. The dickens of it was I was only a mile and a half to my exit :x One guy left his car before he got to me to check out the camper and ran to catch up with his car after it had passed :lol:

And a fellow I've been chatting with online about 12V batteries says that the AAA thinks gasoline will hit $4/gal again this summer.

:o Oh boy I sure missed a great one. Just plain love it! I put the foil insulation in mine for the air conditioner and it keeps the heat out really well.

This is full of WIN, as we say in the 2000s (:FNP @ ageless)!

I can imagine that this will be remembered as one of the highlights of the whole trip... "Remember that time we got stuck in traffic on the interstate and opened up the trailer and hung out with the other people? That was so cool." Stuff like this is one big reason why I want to build a teardrop of my own.

I hope I get to experience something like that (but hopefully not because someone got hurt. Do you know if they were okay?) Anyway, your travel trailer ROCKS! WTG!
