A gift from a good friend

Many thanks to Dobyman for the gift of this real nice 1979 Coleman Jug.

He found it at a yard sale and gave it to me, knowing I like anything Coleman makes that's red.
Also, thanks to Dawn for the convertable Coleman cooler she's been holding for me for over a year now. One of these days I'll be able to hook up with her and take it off her hands.
I sure have met some very nice people since I became a member here and it pays off in more ways than I can list.
Thanks again EVERYONE!
Tom

Tom....it's all part of the "what goes around, comes around" factor. You gifted me the AMC item....Dobyman gifted you the jug! That's one of the things that makes this site such a great place. Someone you may or may not have never met will step up and think about another member and give them something that they would really enjoy and use. It just doesn't get any better than that! Doug

For those not in the know...CM=Captain Morgan and SC=Southern Comfort.
Actually both work good for me!!! :?

Shaun:
thanks it will go with many of my lanterns and 502 stoves.

Doug:
Thanks for remembering. You're absolutely right about this family of ours. They are great.

Did I hear Captain? You got good taste Tom. Just picked some up for Cooler Near The Lake. Gonna miss you this year. Maybe this summer we can meet half way for the exchanging of the cooler. Although I swore that I would never drive through Milwaukee EVER again a couple of weeks ago. It was like Maw & Paw Kettle go to the big city. Sucked.

Dawn:
I'd be happy to drive north of Milw. to meet up with you. I'm still thinking I might drive up to Kohler for a visit. I just don't want you hauling that cooler around and me not showing up.
I know what you're saying about driving through Milw. It's not my favorite thing to do either.

Tom the cooler don't take up much room so i'll bring it just in case. Besides I can use it to pack stuff in for the rally.
