Soaked all the brass stuff overnight, cleaned up and repainted the font. Put it all back togather this afternoon and it was still pulsing.. uuugh... Came back into the house and took a nap. went back out later and lit it again, this time i turned the tip cleaner and voila! pulsing gone! Runs like a million bucks now! this 200A will have a new home in the teardrop this season. It will provide light for my family now like it did for the family before it came home to me..Im a happy camper, whats next???

Nice work Paul!

Whats next? Maybe some of the other single mantle models eh? How about a nice Sears one to help fill out the color scheme. Or a Kero one...

gotta love all those possibilities 8)

I think what's next is an "in the field" experience. In the shop is fine...but it's out in the real working world that you will find whether or not it will perform. So load up and go camping! Good job! Doug

I LOVE MY 200As! I have two, and am casually looking (I'm cutting chassis steel... no time for G-Saleing) for one or two more. There's no other lantern for me. Why bother? The 200 is perfect.

A friend just broke out a '55 200A... that was my birth year. Wonder how much he'd take for it...
