Big D :

Please don't think I was jumping on ya. As a newbie your are gonna face a bunch of decisions as you start your build. Tell us what you will be towing with and share your drawings and ideas. Many heads may help to steer you away from the rocks and provide clear sailing thru your build. Tow height and weight distribution are the first decisions you will have to make. I have purchased commercial trailers and had to modify the tongues to get what I needed to make them tow properly.

So welcome to the forum and start a build thread so we can watch. We might laugh at you in good natured fun but we won't let you fall off of the cliff.

No problem at all. I enjoy reading all the posts and will ask many questions along the way.
