I'm having problems getting my doors to seal completely. The top of the door is sealed but the bottom will not be sealed. How have you fixed this problem?

My doors never leaked, your doors probable work just like they were built. How about a few pictures, or at least a description of how you built the doors then maybe there could be a logical answer to your question.

My guess, without seeing what you are doing is that the bottom of the door needs to move back into the trailer. Try moving the hinge back slightly. Pics would be a big help.

Without pictures or more information, I'd say you built them with a worp. Like Steve says, if built correctly, they won't leak. My doors don't even have a seal and they don't leak. Need more information.

If you lay a straight edge on the door first top to bottom then hinge side to latch side is it cupped in either direction ?

Can not tell from the pics is it simply a plywood door or is it multiple layers to add some strength to the door?

Looks like a good place for adhesive backed flexible magnetic strip door gasket. "fills the gap, keeps out the crap"

Design wise, we once had a fellow who's trailer only got wet inside whilst going down the road at speed. Cause: his design sucked, literally.

Use thicker weather stripping along the bottom of the door.
All 4 sides do not have to be the same thickness.
Use whatever fills the gap.

If the door is warped then additional wood framing may be needed on the interior to help straighten it out.

Looks to me that it's a simple door. I think I would go get another piece of flat plywood and build another because your problem is most likely because of a warped door. Take the door off and lay it flat on the floor and see what it looks like.
