In my quest for 'have my cake and eat it too' design, I'd like as much versatility as I can design in. I would like to build the galley as a unit that can be installed and removed as needed (using allen bolts). I would like to design the frame so I can have sliding doors on both the outside, functioning from the hatch, and the inside, functioning from the cabin. The cabinet space would not be reserved exclusively for the galley or the cabin but by either. I may have to go with hardwood framing? I'm sure this must have been done before. Does anyone have an example of how they designed theirs?
Thanks,
Barrie
