Welcome to the group Jim. There is no better info and support source for building tiny trailers anywhere in the world. I believe we are in a good part of the world already as you can see. Best of luck with your build, and let me be the first to beg for lots of pictures

Politicians and diapers have one thing in common. They should both be changed regularly, and for the same reason.

Welcome to the madness! There is no escape. Your only hope is to post lots of pictures of your progress on the build thread.

Welcome to the best forum on the web. If you are from Illinois, you gotta be a skillful builder and future happy camper. I'm a transplanted Rockford-onian........if that is a word. Good luck on your build, take pics, post em and ask questions. Oh yes remember, wood is good!

Jim,

Please do not underestimate your skills. Take your time, plan ahead and read up on the task you are working on. There is a lot of great information out there to get results that will surprise you.
One rule I have when working on the tear, if I make a mistake that really bothers me, I call it the day. Some days I just can't get it all together. So I stop and just work on the project in my head. Once you have a good plan, it is a lot easier to make it happen.
