Just found this website that has four or five different single wheel TD's http://www.singlewheel.com/ you will have to do some searching on the site to find all of them.

If you scroll down on the left hand side click on Yocar, that shows one of the larger ones and if you click on to ones under the heading "My trailers" there are three more small teardrops, one of which looks like it is meant to haul camping gear and be the kitchen but not slept in.

On the left hand side scroll down to Atlas, it is large enough to sleep tow

The problem with that set up is they can't handle today's highway speeds. I built one at work last year just for giggles. It worked OK but backing up it kept trying to roll under itself when the wheel would reverse direction.
