Tour De Donut

Found this race yesterday on the Internet. It's in Ohio
30 mile race with two feed stations. At the feed stations you eat as many donuts as you can for "time Bonuses".
Somethings you just can't make up :rofl:
I quit society when I found out toothpicks came with instructions

It would sure be funny if the winner of Tour De Donut is a cop.

In the early 80's (before most of you chilluns was born) Port Aransas, TX used to have a "Beer to Beer" Bike race. It started on the beach and made a loop through town with stops at a half dozen bars. You downed one beer at each bar. One of my friends won it three out of four years--he was an actual road racer, the other participants were beer drinkers. They finally stopped having it due to liability issues, I think.
Still graced with two eyes and ten fingers (due in no small part to luck!).

Just when you think a problem is solved, an uglier result replaces it.

I was getting married :thumbsup:

Anyway, there is a race here where the fixings are really good when you are done. They put on quite a spread. Trouble is, if you are not one of the first few hundred across the finish line, the fixings start to run out.
I had a breakdown with the bike last year and when I finished all that was left were greasy sausages served on a hamburger bun. :cry:

This year I rode hard just to get the good meal at the end :twisted:

If you want a tour de beer there is one called the Tour De Fat.

Same here, got started in 1975 so that makes it 35yrs this year. Pretty much the only thing I got right. :lol:
