6 x 10 cargo conversion Eastern Nebraska

Postby beefne1 » Mon Jul 05, 2010 10:30 pm

I have been a lurker for about 6 weeks. I sold a 22 foot hybrid Trail Cruiser and wanted to try a Cargo conversion. I bought a 2009 MTI 6X10 cargo trailer 10 days ago. I got most of the vinyl lettering off. One side is being difficult, could use some advice on getting them off.
No Cad drawings I just needed a 73 inch long bed, that takes up all the length from side door back. Plan on putting a 1 1/2 inch false rear wall with a window air conditioner that will slide out at campground along with some vinyl windows. I have ordered some RV windows for the side walls.
I had the small cabinet already along with the formica bar top.
The bad news is I have messed up my back and can no longer finsh this project. I have really enjoyed seeing all of the work and reading all of the forums and getting smarter. I would be happy to sell this project including everthing pictured for $2000 cash or just the trailer for $1600
the wall air conditioner is an LG 8000 BTU unit. The black refrig is a magic chef bar 110 volt unit. the cooler is an igloo thermoelectric.
the microwave is a Sharp. There is no insulation yet. I have some laminate flooring that I was going to use on the back false wall.
Thanks to all for sharing your expertise. I am a cancer survivor and thought that I could complete this project, but today it looks like I need to see it completed by someone else Thanks Steve 402 427 4204
I have some pictures, I will try to post them on my second post[/img]
