Smells like a fresh Turd! I promise I washed my hands after lighting it up. ;) Cost me more to ship it from California than I paid for the lantern. I am impressed a new set of mantles, fresh fuel and a new striker and it fired right up.

Nice finds Dawn, the 275 looks to be in nice shape. Won't be long and you'll be adding on to your Coleman room.

Thanks Tom. Just got done swearing at the 200A you gave me. On the CCF there was a light 200 or 200A on the 200 day of the year. The goal was to light 200 of them. Mine would not light, I think that the pump is shot. Here's my pic anyway.

Truth is i've never burnt a lantern. I really want to get my 200A working. it's a '56... gonna have to bring that to the camp out with camp inn and have someone help me get it going!

Dawn, I don't know what could be wrong with the pump other than the leather gasket being dried out. You put a new check valve in it right? Sorry to hear it's still giving you fits. They tend to do that sometimes. I like your towel. I too have a clock.

Tam, I don't know what kind of lantern you just got, but I collect the single mantle lanterns mostly. Bring your lantern to CI-CO and I'll help you get it going.

Dawn! Congrats on the 275, looks like a nice one. The brown headed stepchild of lanterns lol, they really are quite bright. Nice 220H and jug too. Your collection is certainly growing, time for a group shot!

sorry your 200A wouldn't fire last night, will wait to see what you find with it.

I got a 275 turd... a '79 i think. i'll post a pic too. got a odd ball too. the one i really love and want to get working is my '56 200A. I know you gave me a tutorial on it last year, but I haven't done anything with it. I will clean it up and bring it to CO-CI.

You can pick from what I bring if ya want one. I only have 1 200A, but you may like one of my other ones?

Thanks!
