Enjoy the time with your son Chris!

It goes too fast, one of mine gets married a week from this Saturday. We don't get to see much of either of them these days and they still live in the area. Darn kids, went out and got lives of their own!

Hello Hello. :) Hows everyone doing today. I am currently having the Monday from hell and trying to catch-up with work. I would rather be camping in the rain than here at work. :frustrated: I wish I had pics to show off but I never even brought out my camera cause of all the rain. :(

I am back from our ride.. felt so-so fitness wise... I should have ridden some yesterday.. we took 2 days off.. after friday's ride.

It takes a while to warm up... and we were not out that long. We rode at a decent intensity.. but it did not feel wise to push it.

I rode a fairl steep and technical downhill which I have not ridden in a while.. just haven't happened to try it.

I rode that as a warm up to a NASTY downhill..that no one has "survived" yet. There has only been one previous time that anyone tried it.. 3 of us that night.. and none of us made it.

I made it today.. :woohoo:

there are a couple of fairly strong pucker spots on it. The first as you roll over the top.. for you don't really see what is coming from there.. and from there.. there is no turning back... the only way to stop is with a body impact... then there are two extra steep places.. combined with a turn on each of course :D

it is more a desire to improve skill wise.. and not wanting fear to limit me.. vs just pure adrenaline seeking..
