Chris is going give me "heck" I am sure I am real dry..

I am going to have a light supper.. scrambled eggs and some fruit.. and drink drink drink.. I am going to foam roll while laurie cooks..

except for maybe being down on fuel.. my legs feel ok.. they were sore.. and crampy last night.. but not to bad now...

time to roll :D

I did he same thing at work today... about noon I was chilled and sweating felt like tossing my cookies and a headache... took some asprin, and a breif period on oxygen and I came out of it this afternoon..

I am also pretty low on sleep..I was up close to 24 hours yesterday.. :thinking:

I think I will be able to fall asleep fairly good tonight.. :D

feeling better now, Ive drank about a gallon of water since noon, had some OJ and watetrmelon and french toast for supper..Think sleep is lacking here too.. I think I need 8 or 9 hours a day, no more of this 4 to 6 hours like Ive always been able to do...

O2... a lucky fringe benifit of being a welder, the occasional use of oxygen off your torch, in small amounts it cures hangovers fast... lolol not that I have had any experience in that world.. today wasnt hangover, it was heat stress..
