Contrary to some rumors of my demise, I am in fact alive and well (at least alive, not so sure about the well)! :D

been moving gravel..

time to get ready for another.... lets here it everybody.... BIKE RIDE..

I think an easy one tonight.... for tomorrow nights will probably not be.. and then there is Wed. also..

I did not get much done today.. although client time cuts into that.. and the other lumber trip..

tomorrow I don't have anything until tomorrow nights ride.. :D

so I can work work work...

bunch a wankers... :roll:

well back from our bike ride.. only 25 miles and it is getting dark already. :(

although we might have left a couple minutes late.

It was going to be an easy night.. I did push it a little on the last half.. but.. we kept it in the small chain ring up front.. and still averaged 20 mph for the ride... we cranked quite a bit at 105 - 107 rpm :sweaty:

I can go quite a bit higher than that.. but holding it for a substantial time is another matter... :D

yes I drank alot of water plus im sitting in my air conditioned cave and hydrating even more by eating freezie pops.... :thumbsup:
