Greetings from Seattle! Just got our teardrop!

We traveled to Eugene OR. Friday night and bought/picked up our brand spankin' new 2011 Little Guy 5-Wide. From Eugene we headed back north and spend the last two nights in it as we attended a 3 day softball tournament. It was great! There we not a whole lot of spots left in the campground, and we wanted to be near our friends, so we unhooked it, and two of us pushed it into a small space next to everyone's tents, it was so great!
We picked up a Coleman stove on the way home ( and a Camping World membership ) and a few other necessities. We've got a working list right now of things we need as we are taking it up to the cascades this next weekend and going river rafting. I will post a pic if I can figure out how ( me and computers have a love-hate relationship) ...looking forward to learning all about teardrop camping!

Congrats and welcome aboard!

I'm from Hood River and envy your proximity to such a spectacular place for camping.

We are really excited about going river rafting next weekend. I believe we are heading to Marblemount. Its through a friend and her friends, and as far as I know its a 5 hour trekdown river and they provide lunch...I can't recall the name, but will definitely give a review and hopefully some pics when we return!
Thanks for the welcome! :D

I am working on the picture thing, really I am! I loved the Silver Shadows! A little out of our price range, but soooo nice!

There was a brand new Roughrider on the lot where we bought ours in Eugene ( Sutton RV ) ... they had a shipement in less than a week when we came down for ours ....where did you buy yours from? The people at Sutton were great!

Looking forward to the weekend! 8)

Igna,

I bought a T@B from Sutton, six years ago, and it was a great experience. I would recommend them to anyone.

However, when I bought the Little Guy, there weren't any dealers in Oregon. Our local dealer shut down about four months ago and Sutton hadn't started carrying them yet. I called the headquarters and spoke to the CEO, Chris Baum, who gave me a great deal. Took about five weeks but I got it exactly like I wanted it, including different graphics.
