Im trying to keep a positive attitude about the whole thing but its kinda tough...

Some people are like slinkys.. not much good for anything but they still make you smile when you push them down the stairs....

ya... I think im ready to move on... theyre gonna put us on rotating night shift work, 2 weeks on nights 2 weeks on days, they bit off WAY more than they have the equipment and room to build and Im not really digging the thought of being on that team... all they see is money and they dont think of how the work is going to get done...zero thought from upstairs.. none, nada... :(

I dont need to make a bazillion dollars but Im getting tired of 120 degree heat and really humid, freezing cold in the winter and no leadership or foresight from the current leadership
I think warm in the winter and cool in the summer is how I want to spend the next 20 years...
