Way to go Justin! That is looking great, I really like the diamond plate detail on the side. And the center storage compartment is sweet. Heck, so is everything about it for that matter. Very kewl job, congrats! 8) 8)

Thanks. I've got some more work to do on it before its completely finished but I'm really pleased with it. We're getting married in October so we're not going to be using it anytime soon. :( There's always next year though!

I have slept in it. It's very comfortable. We got a four inch foam mattress and a two inch topper for it.

I have the trailer wire on order and all I have to do is connect it to the junction box. I'm just hoping that i wiried the trailer up right. I'm sure it will be fine but i am a little nervous. The good news...after that, its time to camp!

That is a sharp looking teardrop. Maybe you could finish mine

We've decided to go with a vinyl pinstipe for the trailer. Sine our last name is Ford, I some how wanted to incorporate the letter F into the design. I didn't know what I was looking for but when I saw it, I knew it was the right one. I just love the wing attathced to the F. It evokes a sense of freedom that comes from owning a teardrop and being able to take it wherever, whenever. It won't be huge..probably not more that about twelve inches long.

The "finish" is quite elusive isn't it. Mine isn't finished in that we dont have a galley or a front box. However, that can come later. It's campable!

Sweet looking 'Drop! :applause: :applause:

Just curious, how hard is that hatch to lift? Is it as heavy as it looks with the diamond plate on it?
God Bless
