Been gone so long the thread has been locked and a replacement made.

Hm wonder what you'll think in the morning. Work has been 60 to 84 hours a week for over a month and will be so for at least another week. And being salaried I don't get overtime. :(

Hi ya Chris

Actually I saw 3 driving to lab at 0130 Friday morning and a couple at a star-party in Beaumont Friday evening, I understand those that made it out to Landers had a fine show between 2 & 3 Am Friday morning, but by then, I was in the lab.

I hope that some that read my post, got a good show in thier area

or at least were able to get out under the stars

Actually. your question included the conjunction

We were set-up in front of a local Barnes and Noble bookstore
on Saturday, showing the Moon, Saturn, Venus and Mars
It was great, they were so close together still, that if I wasn't using the green laser to point them out, the public didn't think I was moving the scope, just changing slides some how.

Those make good evenings

I woke up at 5:00 with a semi nasty headache.. :(
