Whew...I just went outside. It must have rained last night, but it sure is hot and sticky now.

Good Morning! :)

That was one heck of a T-Storm last night and again later too!

Nice this morning though, way less humid (just for today they say). But I will take that.

Wife's birhtday today and we are going grocery shopping. I have to drop my truck off to get the A/C checked out (making a funny noise lately). And I think we are going to try to have lunch with friends.

well I am back from my lumber run.. I did not do any of my other errands..

I have many projects out of this trip..

I am making a 12x34 bark mulch area in front of the new ground level deck. I will put down mill felt.. with 4x4 pressure treated lumber around the edges.

inside my instant garage.. I am going to make a lumber rack across side to side.. part way down. This will have a top to it also. That will provide a place to store some ladders.. my bull float and pole saws. I will also make a place to hang my pto post hole digger... and an area on the wall to hang some shovels and such.

I will also use mill felt.. on the floor in the "garage"

 hmm in the garage I hope the mill felt is waterproof.. yet in my bark mulch workout area.. I hope water flows through it...

well if it is porous in the garage.. I will put down two layers with a tarp inbetween.. and if it isn't .. I will just have to poke a bunch of holes in the for the work out area.. 8)

Back from the store and also got my truck back already. Just making a little noise in the electronic clutch assembly and they can do nothing about it for now - just have to wait for it to fail and then it will be $800 - 900 to fix it!!!

Looks like we are going to go see about new cell phones here in a little while. We just found out that I should be getting a 15% discount from Verizon because I am retired military.

hmm I tried calling on mulch.. a friend recommended an erosion control mix.. the stuff is "made" about 10 miles up the road.. I called and got a phone tree.. which was a pain... I then tried again.. and used the operator option.. and no one answered..

sooo I might try somewhere else.
