Well take easy, or as easy as you can anyway

shoveling is tuf work be it sand, snow or mulch and it sounds as though you've got a bit to do....so take your time

I don't want to hear about anything more than a few sore muscles when ya get done.

yeah.. occasionally I take a break so I can rake it out... :rofl:

lately for workouts..all I have been doing is biking.. or very little kettle bell / weights.. and this is hurting.. :(

I can take a break and mow if I need to...
