although a significant amount is water... and the hard thing is.. after you want to EAT.. and your body has gone into survival mode.. so it likes to hang onto everything you eat.

probably someone with an "axe to grind"I tend to be a little progressive in my thinking and I would not ever comment about what a person wears for religious purposes - other than to please explain the significance (and that is just out of curiosity)
