I am going to be very interested in this once my tear is complete.

Are you guys able to put grommets along the bottom so I can use bungies to hold it down?

How long does it take to make and ship?

Hi there - we add webbing straps along the bottom edge, and include heavy-duty bungees for securing the cover to the trailer. Lead time is 7 days from when you place your order until it ships. You can email me at [email protected] for futher details. Thanks!

We are also producing custom tents to attach to any trailer, by using our 10x10 ScreenRoom or our 5x5 Tepee designs, and modifying to fit a specific trailer. if interested just drop me a note.

Producing custom and production cover sizes

Postby Jeff B » Wed Jun 23, 2010 1:26 pm

Hi All, its been awhile since I last posted. We are producing covers for production trailers in 4x8, 5x8, 6x8, 5x10 and other sizes. We can produce a custom cover to fit your specific trailer. We've expanded our assortment of colors as well. Prices are very reasonable - call or email if you are interested.

We're now producing covers for a variety of trailer sizes, shapes, makes and models. We've also recently introduced some new inexpensive awning designs. If anyone is interested please feel free to drop me a line. Thanks! Jeff

Jeff did an awning for us for the Mega-Mini we still do not have using the design I gave him. We just got news that ours may be done soon and if that is the case I will be traveling out to California to make two presentations, one in the bay area and one in San Diego and to visit family. Jeff is on the list to visit and I will show him our Tear and perhaps head out to the desert.

The tarp is 6' wide at the trailer end and widens out to 14'X14'long.

Good to see your still here Jeff B.

Do you do custom covers for unusual shaped ttt's? i.e. one offs?

Or, because you go to China, that is not an option?

Just wondered...

Thanks

Mike...

Mike I saw their shop in SanDiego, that is where they make their covers and the tarp they did for us. I will be ordering a cover for Compass Rose some time before the snow fly's.

Hi Mike,
All of our trailer covers, awnings, etc are produced in our San Diego shop. Our main product line items (tents, canopies etc) are generally produced in China due to larger quantity runs, but everything else is Made in the USA. And yes we can make covers to fit any custom size trailer - we have a form available upon request for sizing.
Thanks,
Jeff B

We've got one of these covers for our Silver Shadow. It went back to the shop for a little "refinement" since the door sizes changed with the new model year. Jeff and his crew really came through for us.

Very nice cover - even better customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to go to them for a custom cover.
