I've been looking at Commercial Travel Trailers for space utilization ideas, and I'm sponging up the super ideas and pix on this Site. From the Peanut Gallery here:
1. One rig used the entire V Nose for the Bath, with nice storage underneath the Sink. To be fair, this rig was at least 7' wide. Perhaps you could design in a 'wet' Bath as used in Truck Bed Slide In Campers [Toilet in large Shower]. The under-Sink storage need not house Bath 'stuff'. The Bathroom Sink would be left of your Potti in your most recent dwg. Bath counterspace straight ahead was not very deep, and came forward to then curl around a round Sink in the far top of your dwg. This shallow Counter, just left of the V 'point', allowed max room to get into the rounded Shower. This rig also had the Potti tucked into the far right corner 'on the bias', which gave more room for the semi-round Shower Pan. That is, the rear of the Potti was right in the lower-most corner of your dwg. above. This gave room for Knees as the angle opens up toward the dwg. top side. It appeared very efficient space usage with Knee room. I can't see 2 Sinks myself, so we'll skip the redundant Bath Sink and wash hands in the Kitchen Sink or use Sterilizer.
2. In the dwg. above, there's handy Counter and storage on the other side of the Bath wall. One rig tucked the HWH under there with Charger and sealed Battery, and Potable Water Tank, etc.. This allows preferred Driver side access to all utilities if/when in Campsites w/Hookups, and allows more Kitchen counterspace. See Trundle Bed tradeoff below...
3. There's some sweet 'stealth' rear door setups shown here where one side is fixed and a bit forward toward the Hitch. The A/C is permanently mounted, with Cords and accessories underneath. The other side can be a Screen Door. This Screen Door access requires flipping your Trundle Bed to the other side, and not minding the A/C right over the Bed. In this 'reversed' layout, with the Desk folded up, you would walk through the rear Screen Door into a nice 'open' space. Psychologically, this would feel like more open space when the Screen Door is closed, but the CT rear Door is open. The tradeoff would be to shave a bit off the Kitchen countertop to allow moving the Trundle Bed forward, and allow the fixed A/C wall to also move forward toward the hitch a smidge. Left/right CT weight balance can be adjusted by how gear is packed, or by where a water tank is set, etc..
A nice and thoughtful layout thus far...
