I'll be bringin my campin shoes just in case that 30 min south doesn't do the trick hehe I will take cold over heat any day though that's fer sure!!!

...what a long strange trip it's been...due to going ons around here I was begining to wonder if we were going to be able to make it up on Fri or even at all...BUT, it looks as if things are smoothing out nicely and we will...probably...be up on Wed as usual...the poor girl and I, both need this outing SOOOOOO badly...looking forward to seeing all and check out new posts about the Fri nite feed and other events...............

Found a GREAT DO recipe for Snipe.........Louisiana style! Can't wait!!!!

Does anyone know if the lake will be open? Web site says it is closed.....?

Just wondering if any 'fishin' will be available...........Thanks!

...at this time, the lake is dry...I don't think there will be any water on the lake due to their ongoing fight against the giant salvinia grass..............

I'm 99% sure I won't be able to make LCG this year. Way too many things going on and not near enough time (or $$) to get to them all.
