The Cat gives it...  Why do you think they call criminals that crawl up the side of a building a "cat" burglar??

When I was working for a vet years ago before vet school, I had a cat do a similar thing. I was attempting to give it a bath and it was not going to comply. It clawed me and I reflexively let go. The cat proceeded to crawl up a cinder block wall, push aside a ceiling tile and inserted himself in the crawl space between the suspended ceiling and the roof. It took 3 days for him to finally be coaxed down with some food. The client (and my boss) was not happy.

Growing up I had a cat that loved to climb brick walls. He liked to get up on top of the AC window units. He did not bother with corners. He went up the flat part.

My cats don't feel the need to show off like that.

Well, it's not a video, but it's funny and there is a cat involved...

What a small world, that video was done in Santa Barbara, Ca, the city next to where I live.

I had read about him in the local paper and some people I know saw them in person. I don't know if he still likes to roam down the main street (State Street) or not, seems like I read about it a few years ago. Rats don't tend to have too long a life though. Too funny to see it here.
