First Outing

Postby john curtis » Thu Sep 09, 2010 11:13 pm

Hi everyone and thanks again for all the kind words. It's been pretty pretty busy, but I will try and post some pics for you.We left on the Friday night setup camp had a fire a bite to eat and ran for cover from the rain.Saturday was cloudy all day but not bad until after supper when it started to pour, thunder and lightning. The thunder was close enough that the little TD was shaking. The best part no leaks and I found a few minor things to fix and adjust.I dont know how to make the pics show in my post so I will post links.
Thanks again John

John,

That is a beautiful trailer. I like the red strip and trim and the fenders. Gorgeous.

Of course the campsite and surrounding are awesome as well.

First Outing

Postby mezmo » Sat Sep 11, 2010 7:43 pm

Hi John,

Congratulations on 'completion'!

A real sharp looking unit. Crisp execution of
the design. We all hope ours will turn out as good
as your's has.

I especially like the two-tone effect. The color band
at the bottom is the detail that really sets it off for me.
A simple elegant detail I'd say.

Glad to see you had a nice first outing in such scenic
surroundings.

Beautiful country up there! Looks like you had fun despite the weather. It's always good to give a new teardrop a "leak test"! :)
