For Info, my 204 did eventually dry, but it took about 30 days to fully dry up ... that is in seattle summer, I would imagine if applied in october it would never dry until the next summer here :)

Keep in mind that while it dried for 30 days I would almost daily grab it at some point while working and get some on my fingers and stain other parts (like when building the walls), also most my clamps have some on them now ... real pain.

Sounds like the post tar might be way better in that regard(faster drying time).

Stay away from JetCoat!

Well, I had a problem with the brand of roofing tar I used on my last build.
The brand is JetCoat and it was the tar without fibers.

The JetCoat tar is now 5 months old and its still dripping on my garage floor.

I used a different brand on prior builds without any problem. (can't remember the name though)

It probably works great for roofs but for teardrop trailer bottoms - nope.
