Ok, would anyone like to join me and some friends for our second "Women in Tears - Sweetheart Gathering" to be held February 3rd - 6th at Silver River State Park in Ocala, FL?

A friend of mine said he camps there a lot and its a very nice park with upgraded bath houses.

We had so much fun at our first gathering hosted by Steve and Kim Cox at Manatee Springs - let's do it again!

Jeanne, nobody yet but it's only about 2 hours from here, not like 16 to LCG. Believe me, If I could I would be there. That's probably the most popular gathering around.

Steve, I was thinking about doing the "Sweetheart Gathering - Women in Tears" there in Feb. What do you think? I think Roberta lives close to there. I might ask her to go take a look.

Just curious... why is it called the "Sweetheart Gathering"? It's not Valentines day so that can't be it... or maybe it is but just a little early? :lips:

Theresa, the first one we had was on Valentine's Day weekend, which happens to be my birthday. I tried to get it on the Valentine's weekend again but there weren't many sites available.

So, the weekend before is close enough to still call it the Sweetheart Gathering.
