LCGV overflow

Postby madjack » Sun Sep 12, 2010 3:56 am

...the park is now booked solid for this event...BUT, that certainly doesn't mean, if you don't already have a reservation, you can't attend...the park will allow us to double up as wanted and they have a huge overflow area directly adjacent to the camping loop itself...this overflow area has both water and electrical hookups, it is a non-reservable area and you will simply havvta show up and book a site...no one who shows up will be turned away...we will find a place for ya...if you wish to share your site with someone, say so here...if you have made arrangements with someone to share their site, simply tell the gate keepers what you are planning and what site you will be in...so you last minute planners...comeon down...there's plenty of room...AAAAIIIIIIIIEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

We have two sites, but one may become available.

One site is intended for my wife and me in the teardrop (back up plan is in a tent) and the other site is for two tents for my two stepsons and girlfriend & fiancee. One of the stepson "combos" may not be there which will free up a site. Unfortunately, I won't know until the Friday of LCG V.

If it becomes available, I'll post it here.

Site 8 may become available as well. Lost my job in July, and just started a new one last week. Still trying to justify making the 5 hour drive to spend one night. The site has been paid for Fri and Sat nites since last November, so it's not like I'll be missing the $$ if I don't come and somebody will get a real bargain. I'll try to make a final decision soon.

P.S. I may be asking to double up one night on the site I paid for. :worship:

MJ,
We may not be able to make it. :(

Brian & Stacey Ernst had plans to double up with us in site #22, so they'll be there.
Someone can double up with them if needed.

Site #22 is available.
Looks as if Brian & Stacey won't make it there either, as both have to work that weekend. We'll see you all there for LCG VI.
Y'all have a good time. I'll be looking for pics.
:D

Good to hear it. Scott, disregard my PM since you guys have a site already.

Just as a reminder, I still have site 45 that is available for use. It is reserved for a Thursday check in and a Sunday Check out. It is paid in full, just need someone to use it! Confirmation letter available.

Just let me know!

We'll be there Julie. ViperCario (friend from work) is not able to make it, he gave me his site to pass on to someone that needs it.

We wouldn't miss LCG for anything! See ya in a couple weeks.
