going pee in the middle of the night

This is where the gals can have their very own discussions...

I had read this thread with great interest and with much trepidation, ordered the Go-Girl and the Travel John disposible urinal.

I did my first trip with the golden retrievers and the disposible urinals this weekend. The Travel John worked like a charm! Holds upto 800 mL. Tinkling in the teardrop on your knees is a wee different (pun) than standing up. I would suggest a towel or other absorbant material underneath just in case of drips. I used the Go Girl in combo with the Travel John because the opening of the Travel John looked a little, um, too slender. The Travel John's absorbant material worked great. No tip-over accidents.

Thank you for this enormously entertaining and informative thread!

Hugs,
Ratkity

As I get older, I drink less and less alcohol (though you wouldn't know it based on the last few td events I was at, mmmm rootbeerbeer). Anyhow, this weekend, I had wine with dinner and no beer after. I didn't need to go and that is better than trying to be clever about peeing without a loo.

Ladies, I am not laughing at you, I am laughing with you...honest I am..

Guys would have a difficult time peeing while cooped up in a teardrop camper too...

So, this is why I am building a stand up camper with a porta potty cabinet..

You're going to be really annoyed one morning when you discover your trailer plans soaked in urine.

ROFL! All I could think of is that he must have great aim to hit that little square on the plans.

Hi Ladies... Just thought to finally post this and I'm sure you'll appreciate it. As you know a while back in this thread I mentioned the Go-girl and how a few of my friends had gotten into a big discussion about it. Soon afterward the train wreck on this thread ensued. After that, the subject never completely dropped with us either and one of my friends bought one for each of us as fun gifts at Christmas time. Since that time there have been a couple of very funny Go-girl experiments while at the lake, beach, camping etc. This past spring my friend who gave us all our gifts finally realized that she had come up for a name for her camper. She decided that the only appropriate name for it was.... Gi-Gi! (short for Go-girl) Actually I think it's just G-G but you get the idea. There were a few other names that she tested out for her camper but decided that this was by far the most suitable since the majority of the time she's out camping with all of us girls. She's currently thinking of repainting the stripes on the side of her RV pink and putting the name on the side! Not sure if she'll go that far but it certainly would be funny!
