3x3 x1/8 Might be a little over kill but the first night I found this site there was a pic of a broken tongue did not want it to hapen to me, its not as heavy as I thought it would be about 40#worth the added #s imho

Wow, that is one good lookin' frame. The stablizers look great tooand the tongue should stand up very well, but... uhm.....doesn't the axle go in the other direction?

Seriously though, that is a great job. Is that a footwell you've got there and if so, does the tongue go through the footwell?

I'd agree with Nitetimes on the boxing idea...and for Dean and his frame...I'm sorry I ever explained to him the purpose of a gusset....just razzing ya Dean (AKA Mr. 472)....and Dean...I'll get you a # on mine...I was 112 without the axle....tires and wheels....going to install them tomorrow....Doug
