Hello from Western North Carolina

I've recently found this great forum and I'm enjoying reading the large amount of information and encouragement from forum members.

I had been looking at larger, heavier travel trailers but that would require trading my PT Cruiser for a larger tow vehicle. Also I have a nice collection of camping equipment.

A teardrop camper seems like an excellent, economical solution.

I've ordered the TY-DEAN Customs plans and read thru fishfinders build thread to see how he built his.

I hope to begin my build in November and be ready for camping in Spring 2011.
