There are some nice wineries near Voodoo Doug. It's not Napa Valley - no crowds, rarely charge for tasting, less traffic, less prestige, but some real nice producers. Depends on your interest in the grape.

We're hoping we can make it, but it's the week before the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. We're vendors and we have to be back home to set up for that by Wed. at the latest (and that's only if I get everything ready beforehand). Since I'm a last minute kind of guy, that might not happen

Would love to do some hiking, the ocean sounds fun, and we always enjoy local scenery.

I love the little wineries! They are usually friendly and I've found some great wines at them. Sometimes they aren't real consitent from year to year though. Lots of fun finding those little gems.

Thanks Rob. I'm not nuch of a drinker any more but my wife enjoys a glass of wine on ocasion. We will want to go for the experience. We don't know enough about it to sniff tha cap or anything.
