Archie has been with us just over 3 weeks now and has really settled in.
Godskid you are right about his being couragous. He is not afraid of anything and loves to explore and meet new people. He and Jasmine love going for walks. I just have to steer him around obstacles or else he bumps into things or falls off curbs.

Eunice the bell is a great idea. I'm going to put one on Jasmine so he can hear her.

Roly your story really touched my heart. I adopted Jasmine from the local dog pound and she too was in horrible condition. She was so emaciated, you could see every bone in her body. That is after all the mats were shaved off. She was also covered in ticks. I stopped counting at 100. She was anemic and heartworm positive and had been nursing puppies. The vet gave her a 50/50 chance of survival. That was 7 1/2 years ago. Every day since then, I have thanked God for entrusting me with her care. She has given me unconditional love and companionship. What more could anyone ask for?

Here's a pic of my kids sleeping on their chair.
