TSC Trailer Frames Deal!

Postby goldcoop » Wed Dec 14, 2005 2:04 pm

Hey all-

Now may be the time to buy Tractor Supply Company (TSC) trailer frames!

Here in the NE it's cold & snowy and this past seasons frames are on the lot getting slightly rusty and collecting... Well snow!

$249.95 here for a 4' x 8' ND! And bet you'd do better if you negotiate with the manager!

Cheers,

Coop

Hey Goldcoop,

Its to bad I already have three complete frames, our TSC in Texas has some in the lot that have some slight bends in the cross members, I bet someone could get a real good deal on those. So if anyone wants to deal it's the TSC in Burleson Texas.

Thanks for the Heads-Up Coop. I'll be going up to Quakertown Tractor Supply soon (saturday) for a few frames.

Happy Trails

TSC had a couple 4x8's in bad shape on their lot (fenders off, etc). Tried to negotiate with the manager and he said Carry-On trailers would pick damaged ones up and haul them back to the factory. NO SALE. Seems TSC keeps them on consignment (vendor) or something like that. Couldn't work out a deal here in Carrollton, GA.

Hey Len!

Have you ever checked out Red Trailers in Quakertown?

http://www.redtrailers.com/

I think theirs may be coming from China, like HF Trailers.

They do offer a 5' x 8' as well.

Coop

When first looking at TSC trailers in Mason City, they had one that the fender was scratched up and rusty in scratches. The manager said he would take $20 off and that would cover cost for spray paint!!!! So....

Have moved to Arkansas. Have some 7-8 acres of land with pond and creek, spring fed, and looking for ideas what to use it for. Campgroung? Raising animals? Something. Any ideas? Also find me on hotmail.com

Carla-

My guess is that Geron lives too close to the Lavonia, GA plant.

It's cheaper to send it back to the factory there...

Here in PA the closest factory is in S. VA probably a little too far to return to the factory for a touch-up?

Cheers,
