I own guns, I just don't feel the need to carry one to the grocery store. I did carry a 357 magnum when I went wilderness camping with a backpack and tent. That was a reasonable thing to do, IMO. But, Kroger ain't the wilderness, so I take big leap of faith that I can buy groceries without packing heat.![]()
I got in trouble a few years ago in a thread about guns at a gathering, and the message that got lost in that brouhaha was this: before you pop the top on an alcoholic beverage, you need to lock your firearms up. Guns and booze don't mix.
