Looks great Jack!!! especially since I know all the scoop on what's behind the wainscotting!! and for any of you builders out there...give a tour to potential builders and others whenever you can...just make sure they have enough transmission to get them there and back...sorry Dan....just giving you a bad time...Doug

The tension between what is good enough and what is beyond that creates the space for character to become our work.

That center panel and its cam-lock is clever - it looks like an idea that you've refined in your head a good few times before actually making it!

Like Andrew said your cam lock on the panel must have taken quite a bit of thought. I like it, yep really like it.. :applause: :applause:

we had not thought a lot about it till it came time to fasten the center panel someway and we realized that you would haveta get into that area regularly and screws weren't acceptable...suddenly lightning struck, the glue pot spilled and my build partner said "wadda 'bout some kinda cam lock"...2 or 3 attempts later and what you see was born...along with the tab at the bottom of the panel it works reall well...by the way the tab and lock catch behind the rails the sliders sit in
