For Sale: I can’t keep two trailers so I have to let go of my loved teardrop. It is immaculate. I purchased this last April. From the fellow who built it. He lives in Hesperia CA and bought all the items to build this from So. Cal. Teardrops. They helped him in areas that he needed help. It turned out great. I had So. Cal Teardrops add the rain gutters over the doors and added more insulation rubber around the doors. I am including the storage locker on the front. It comes with a 12/120 volt Engle refrigerator, $ 700.00 by itself. I love Engle. They make a great product. It has a WFCO converter. It looks as good as when I bought it. The teardrop was finished late 2009. I am the only person who has owned it, and kept it scrupulously clean. It did put a ding in the top of the kitchen door. I closed the lid and forgot there was a container in the kitchen, so when I started to close it I heard a crunch and stopped and opened it up. I yelled at myself for being so stupid. It is a small dent, but I love things to be perfect. Other than that is is perfect.Oh, and little rock paint chips on the fenders. I wax the fenders like crazy and it still looks great. I have all the manuals, etc. for everything in it. Even for the Serta mattress.
The inside is a queen size Serta mattress. Wow, super comfy. Large storage inside. Storage behind your head. Two shelfs. It has a custom made frame with large tongue area. Two thousand LB torsion bar suspension. Oh, it has a fantastic fan. The fan is a thermostat control so you can actually dial the speed of the fan to anything you want. No two or three speed. Interior lights and four kitchen lights. All are low voltage draw LED lights. Bright and beautiful. Plus fold down levelers in the back. And 7 pin plug, so it charges the battery as you drive. I have all the brochures and manuals for the Engle ref, LED spec sheets, WFCO converter, etc.

So. Cal. Teardrops sells there model which is about the same as this unit. They want
$ 11,995.00. I am asking $ 7900.00 for this beauty.
