some places don't allow a trailer, like the county I live in here in Ohio.
I live at a man made lake subdivision and they put a stop to factory built homes now all homes must be stick built, they never did allow trailers.
but someone can build and a trailer park opps I mean a mobil home park then it's ok ........go figure.
