Hey Linda, I was driving down the street in Garland, TX and your trailer passed me!!! It was acually a little bigger but had the same white and 1950's Auqa green color! Very cool to see that!

Man o man, I wish I was gonna be there Thursday night! That fish fry sounds good!

Anyone staying Sunday night?

We will not be leaving until after noon on Friday, I have to work. I guess that means all the good sites will be taken :(

We got the baby out of storage today. I can't wait

I think I'll get there thursday. I'm in a mad dash to complete my TD before I leave. I may be working on it at the campsite. I'll bring 5 Lbs of fresh shrimp from here at the bay.

We've been working our tails off to get the last of the "campable" list done. Door latches are in and locking , etc. Lights are working, had one of those "*#$&@ " moments when the galley light didn't work late last night ! Had to wiggle it out and found a loose connection. Whew!

My new Jewel Box is likely turned out way heavier than what I ordered so we'll likely be towing it with one of Kenny's trucks. :(

Not much foo foo inside , and no jewel details on the exterior yet but it's looking good !!!

See y'all Thursday ... I hope we leave OKC mid morning but we'll see.

We are too. I'm almost done - just waiting on some latches from UPS to get here today or tomorrow to install.

Again like us. This weekend, I hooked it up to the new tow vehicle to try out the trailer lights. The running lights worked but no stop/turn lights. (They worked when I previously hooked it up to our CR-V before it was totaled.)

After some choice nouns and adjectives, I realized that I had disconnected the connector to the hatch lid when I installed the plywood for the galley counter. I reconnected the connector and asked my wife to step on the brake pedal. It was about at this moment she thought she'd add a little humor to the situation and shouted back to me that she was stepping on the brakes.

Well no stop/turn lights. I uttered a few more expletives and then she let me know she wasn't stepping on the brake pedal when she said she was. Somehow I didn't see the humor in that, but when she actually did step on the brakes the lights worked and I calmed down.

I hope nothing flies off on the way to Beavers Bend (for y'all and us.)

See y'all there on Friday.
