Winter Warrior

Hello, First time poster. A couple of years ago while recovering from surgery I spent a lot of time on the web because it was all I could do at the time. I came across some photo of a trailer called the Winter Warrior. I have several photos but no measurements. I could probably figure it out but just wondering if any one has any the measurements already?

If you have or have seen this trailer you'll know what I'm talking about the top back section is hinged and lifts up (after you stop) to increase ceiling height, and door is hinged to fold over. I want to modifier this door to a ramp and fix for for my ridding mower, oil, gas etc. Any info would be appreciate. If this works out I'd like to make an 8 ft. one I could pull with a bike (motorcycle) or store bike in during non use. Thanks to all. Jack

Welcome to the forum Jack.
I've built 2 Winter Warrior style trailers. In fact the first will be for sale as soon as I can get a little rot repaired. I used the set of metric plans to build the first one but just used them as guide lines and sorta built by the sit of my pants so to speck. The only real critical measurement is the hatch length to rise and only than only if you want to hinge the top of the back wall at the top instead of the bottom. Since you are planning to use the back wall as a ramp you will have to hinge it at the top. Son when you get to that stage I'll do some measuring on mine and try to help you with it. I'm sure that MIke will be glad to help to since he's done a lot of cad work on this style.

By the way Mike have you started the OWW yet.
