I think a Plumbers tool to melt Lead for Cast Iron Pipes.
However it should really bring a Pot of water for Corn on the cob or Steam some Crabs very fast.

I don't know them that well, but there should be a model number on it somewhere. Numbers like 457, 460, something like that. Cool stuff.
