Just made one of your great tables. Thanks for the plans. They worked out fine although the dowels are a pain. Nest time will use the router method.
Everyone love the table. Now if I can just make the pictures work...

Thanks for the pictures Rod, nice handiwork. :applause: Interesting modification to the seats. I'm finding it very educational to see how others make adjustments for their individual preferences and needs. :thinking:

As of right now there are at least 142 sets of plans out there (I've sent that many, no telling how many have been copied or forwarded). I sure would like to see more pictures 'cause I'm sure there are more tables out there! (hint hint)

The seat modification came from a lay-out screw up on one seat. Changed to a 45 degree modification on each seat and gave a little better entrance to seating area.

Great original design!!!!

As of right now I have sent out 147 copies of these plans, two of which posted pictures (Thank you Ward and Rlowell) and one who wants to remain anonymous sent me a picture directly (they made me promise I wouldn't post it ... I dunno why, it is a real nice table). I really enjoy seeing everyone's handiwork and knowing that I helped inspire some tables and bring them into reality. Don't worry if you changed something ... I expect you to make the table you build the way you want it. It's the sharing of these ideas that makes this forum so wonderful and makes designs like this better and better.

BTW, If it sounds like I'm trying to shame some of you into posting a picture...

:scratchthinking:I've been scratchin' the ol' noggin on a few things (hand washing stand, hard sided shelter for the kids (sling underneath the tear when traveling), grub box, cutting grid, etc.) ... getting my tear started has been the priority lately. I'm open for suggestions/ideas ... did you have something in mind?

Some kind of a lounge chair. I don't trust those camping recliners. dose not need to recline. I bet some people would like a wash stand thing. kitchen table/sink camp furniture.
