I just finished ketchup!!!!

Hi everyone :) !!!!

Is anyone still here?

I know I just missed Kerry :( But I hope you have a great day :D

Thank you again for the info Glenn  My hubby said something wonderful last night....he said he didn't want me to be on meds for the rest of my life :applause: He just wants me to get better now, slowly get off meds, and then live med free if I can manage that. That is what I want as well.....You are right....many of my probs are due to naegative energy and I am working on that :) Working out and a proper diet will surely help. I admit that I like my coffee a little sweet.....I prefer to add a little honey to it, but I will add a little sugar if I don't have honey. I am lactos free.....so just the honey will do me just fine. I realize though, I will probably have to give up coffee and suagr altogether very soon

But, thanks again for the sharing the knowledge. I know these strategies have worked for you and I will say that I womnder if they could work for me :D

Johnny and Mandy's Mom.....I hope the cortisone shots have made your aches and pains subside

How was another day of light "dooty", Johnny? I hope it is getting better

I guess I had my version of that yesterday.....sure was nice to be back and have a day of work and being around people. I moved really slow and I was ahamed that it took me all day to do just 1 project. Yes, I ran a register some, did a few management tasks, and helped customers, but that project I did shouldn't have taken so long. I felt like I was moving in a brain fog. I tried to keep it light and joke about this. That helped. Either way, I was sooooo tired when I finally got home. I went to bed early and today is my last infusion....yay! Then I work another shift. I will be tired, but it will be a good day :)

Lisa, I still haven't eaten a giant bowl of yougurt.....just don't know if I can do that everyday.....but forza (am I saying that right?) still looks fun, but I know I would end up chopping at the ceiling at some point. My hubby wouldn't be happy.... ....Ate you still doing the forza?

Hi, Shaun ;)

I just wanted to speak to everyone....hope you are well and have a great day! :)

I started reading about chi last night. I used to belong to that book club (I left because they started sending stuff, and charging me for stuff I did not order) and one of the things they mistakenly sent me was a set with 2 cd's, a dvd and a book about chi gong. Something finally got me reading it last night.

Just to clarify and perhaps expand on this.

I am not just talking about the mood or energy one is in day to day. While of course.. if your mood and outlook is good... things tend to be better... I am talking deeper than that.

You can be in a great mood.. and positive and such.. but that deeper stuff.. is still there.

My reason for bringing it up.. is that this is seperate from meds... this is something that can be address whether you take meds or not.

On fortunately I am not sure I can easily tell you how to address it...

Dr. Wong-Kens work would access it, a form of energy work I E T was designed to address it.. Other things do to some extent.. Acupuncture.. Reiki...
