How was the faux turkey day dinner....yummy....I hope :)

Paul, I like the scooter....I hope things are going well with your friends

Lisa, I still haven't eaten a giant bowl of yougurt.....just don't know if I can do that everyday.....but forza (am I saying that right?) still looks fun, but I know I would end up chopping at the ceiling at some point. My hubby wouldn't be happy.... ....Ate you still doing the forza?

Hi, Shaun ;)

I just wanted to speak to everyone....hope you are well and have a great day! :)

Hi Jan....I don't like yogurt. I take probiotic capsules. I don't really know if they are helping me any yet. I have a lot of other "stuff" to get in order too.
I put forza on hold for now, I started doing the $20 version of P90x, which is called something like Supreme 90 Day workout. I want to do those 90 days straight through. I stay better motivated on a "program." So far, I like it. It is pretty tough though. I felt very good after yesterday's workout.

Some of it sounds pretty out there.. but we store trauma ..even stuff we don't remember.. or remember but don't actively think about.. all affects us.

I started reading about chi last night. I used to belong to that book club (I left because they started sending stuff, and charging me for stuff I did not order) and one of the things they mistakenly sent me was a set with 2 cd's, a dvd and a book about chi gong. Something finally got me reading it last night.

hmm perfect timing.. a regular practice of that would help..

Tai chi.. Yoga... also...

Yeah, timing, I felt the same thing.
Also, last night, on FB, I was going through the numerous invitations that get sent to me through NJP when I saw one for a drum circle, which happened to be at a place where I had recently been to see a friend in a play, so, it caught my eye. I checked it out and one of the people running it, also runs a holistic health center, so I friend requested him.....seemed like the right thing to do.

I used to eat a lot of oatmeal.. I ate it plain and really liked it.

It is not a great choice for those with gout issues though. :(

You've said that before.

I started getting this tea at costco, it tastes much nicer than the stuff I used to drink. In fact, I'm not sure I could drink that other stuff now. This is actually green when it steeps. The other stuff was more yellow. This tastes very fresh. I hope its not one of those things they will stop carrying....costco does that every so often.
