yeah.. I am about 180 degrees on a lot of stuff now. I used to be more of a science and technology guy.. and not so on the spiritual "stuff".

My experience has greatly changed that.

Actually interestingly deeper science and the spiritual "stuff" are no longer seperate.

Unfortunately It is very slow to filter into medicine :(

or the general population...

Most of the stuff on the shelf right now... is from the work. I do have doors to make for the cabinet yet.

I grew up on a lot "remedies" that my Mom and Grandma did. I just wish I got to write some of them down before my Grandma passed away. :(
The University is studying indiginious remedies to see if they can identify new meds from them.

some of the stuff might work that way.. but others.. won't.. they want to isolate..active incredients..and make that as a drug.. when It is the totality of remedy that works.

and looking at it from an energetic point of view.. they change it completely.

There are those that say.. even an herb that has been cultivated.. will have very different energy compared to one gathered in the wild.

 I find it interesting..and do believe it.. :D

Tough day at work and I am exhausted!!! :(

But I did get my hair cut and went to Lowe's and picked up some stuff that I need for the kitchen, so at least that was good. :)

And I'm going to hell for taking pictures.

Hi Jan....I don't like yogurt. I take probiotic capsules. I don't really know if they are helping me any yet. I have a lot of other "stuff" to get in order too.
I put forza on hold for now, I started doing the $20 version of P90x, which is called something like Supreme 90 Day workout. I want to do those 90 days straight through. I stay better motivated on a "program." So far, I like it. It is pretty tough though. I felt very good after yesterday's workout.

probiotics are my best freind.. since I had pnemonia a few years back Ive had to take those to keep me ..."flowing" properly..
