Well I went downstairs.. and started a joint mobility program... :D

there are 17 basic exercises..some exercises have several different directions of movement. For example the neck exercises have 3 different parts to it.

they want you to start with 10 "reps" of each.... doing them each day.. and each week add 10 more... working up to 100 reps of each.. unless you have some "damage" in the joint.. then doing 200-300 reps.

My utility room floor had a box in the middle of it. It is where all the pipes for my radiant floor, come out of the floor. Where the manifold is. It was supposed to be closer to the wall. Yet when doing the "foundation" there is a 3' by 2' foot concrete beam [with a bit of rebar in it] that is there. So it ended up in the middle of the floor. :(

Last night I thought about just raising the floor in that area. to build a platform. Just measuring.. and the manifold is pretty high. Looking at it I can unsolder some of it.. and pivot it down. It will be a little work.. but I think it will work and I will end up with a better set up.

This manifold, and therefor the radiant pipes still have never been hooked up to anything... but I am not ready to give up on the idea of using it. :thinking:

I don't think I want to tackle that one today though... :thinking:

Good morning guys!!!

Had a little better shift last night...no trash dooty. I got to be a stand in trainer. I never thought I would like being a trainer, didn't think I'd have the patience...but it was not bad. I think I would have liked it a little better if I could have helped the new guys...I still have a helpless feeling. Anyways, I volunteered to become a full time trainer. I'll have to got to a JIT class (no...I don't know what JIT stands for...I'm bettin the T stands for trainer), and get certified. Plus...it's a $.50 per hour raise.

I hope everyone is feeling good today.

well I have my two trim boards installed on my washer and dryer platform.

I am sort of temped to do the plumbing job.. but the weather will be nasty Friday.. I will save it for then.

ooh just realizing I need to remember my Dentist appointment.. time is slipping away on me.

I'm wondering how I'm suppose to be released from light dooty. My doctor is off on Fridays...I got a letter yesterday that said the doctors at the Goodyear clinic are leaving the 30th(today)(they are changing management companies there) I'm supposed to be reevaluated the 1st(Friday)
