Rustoleum Porch and Floor Coating

Postby TDPhil » Fri Apr 01, 2011 10:59 am

As I am thinking way too far aheaf, I have been looking around at different paint options for my tear. I was wondering if the forum members have any experience using Rustoleum Porch and Floor Coating on their builds. It is described as an oil-modified acrylic urethane formula. I would of course do all my waterproofing prior to putting any paint down. If it lives up to the descriptions they put out it seems like it may be a good exterior layer on my build. Any thoughts?

i used urethane porch and floor , not rustoleum,,, got it from miejers, on a sale boat i built about 8 years ago. it worked fine and looks good to this day. it was sealed with fiberglass first.
i painted my teardrop with the same thiing, unsealed 5 years ago. had to repaint this year. i used regular exterior enamel this time. if it works on a house it should be fine on a little house on wheels.

We used Porch and Floor paint for the bottom of out trailer. It's held up pretty good so far.

But I think the bottom of the floor is the easiest spot for paint on a trailer. There's been mixed reports for use on the exterior shell...
